La Pologne, Pays Invité
BDFIL est heureux d’accueillir la Pologne pour sa troisième invitation dédiée à un pays de la bande dessinée.
Encore méconnue du grand public francophone, la bande dessinée polonaise regorge pourtant de trésors. Son histoire est étroitement liée aux bouleversements politiques et sociaux qu’a traversés le pays, nourrissant une scène artistique en perpétuelle évolution.
À travers cette invitation, BDFIL vous propose une immersion dans l’univers du neuvième art polonais, de ses origines à son foisonnement actuel. Héritiers d’un siècle de bande dessinée, les créateurs et créatrices polonais·es d’aujourd’hui insufflent à leurs œuvres un subtil équilibre entre tradition et modernité, témoignant d’une effervescence sans précédent.
Des artistes incontestables de la production polonaise actuelle seront présent·es au festival : Joanna Karpowicz, Marcin Podolec, Maria Rostocka, Marzena Sowa, Przemysław Truściński et Łukasz Wojciechowski.
L’exposition, ainsi que des tables rondes et rencontres, composent le programme polonais de BDFIL, détaillé ci-dessous.

BDFIL is delighted to welcome Poland for its third invitation dedicated to a comics country.
Polish comics production is still largely unknown to the French-speaking public, but it contains full of treasures. Its history is closely linked to the political and social changes that the country has undergone, feeding a constantly evolving artistic scene.
With this invitation, BDFIL invites you to discover the Polish ninth art, from its origins to its current profusion. Influenced by a century of comics, Polish comicproduction balances between tradition and modernity, reflecting a constant effervescence.
Indisputable artists of current Polish production will be present at the festival: Joanna Karpowicz, Marcin Podolec, Maria Rostocka, Marzena Sowa, Przemysław Truściński and Łukasz Wojciechowski.
The exhibition, along with round tables and meetings, make up BDFIL’s Polish programme, detailed below.
